Steamed Italian Potatoes

Steamed Italian Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb. - Approx. 3 Sun Glo of Idaho Potatoes - Washed and diced into 1 in. cubes
1 packet of Good Season's - Dry Italian Dressing
1/8 cup olive oil
Directions:
Place washed and diced potatoes into steamer bag.
Add oil and toss to coat.
Add dry Italian Dressing mix and toss to coat.
Secure steamer bag tie.
Place in microwave on high and cook for 9 - 11 minutes or until tender.
Be careful to not burn yourself when opening steamer bag.
Serve and enjoy!

Steamed Potatoes Lyonnaise

Ingredients:
1 lb. - Approx. 3 Sun Glo of Idaho Potatoes - Washed and diced into 1 in. cubes
1 to 1/2 Sun Glo of Idaho Onion
2 Tablespoons margarine
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Place all ingredients in steamer bag and toss to coat.
Place in microwave on high and cook for 9 - 11 minutes or until tender.
Be careful to not burn yourself when opening steamer bag.
Serve and enjoy!

Steamed Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb. - Approx. 3 Sun Glo of Idaho Potatoes - Washed and diced into 1 in. cubes
2 Tablespoons of margarine
6 Butter flavored crushed crackers
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in steamer bag and toss to coat.
Place in microwave on high and cook for 9 - 11 minutes or until tender.
Be careful to not burn yourself when opening steamer bag.
Serve and enjoy!

Directions:
Place all ingredients in steamer bag and toss to coat.
