Steamed Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb. - Approx. 3 Sun Glo of Idaho Potatoes - Washed and diced into 1 in. cubes
2 Tablespoons of butter
1/8 cup finely chopped parsley
Directions:
Place all ingredients in steamer bag and toss to coat.
Place in microwave on high and cook for 9 - 11 minutes or until tender.
Be careful to not burn yourself when opening steamer bag.
Serve and enjoy!
